If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the handcrafted nature of our garments.

5. Payments & Security

We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilized in connection with any transaction.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by custom clearance processes or courier service issues. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is detailed on our Returns page. Generally, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Custom-made or altered items are final sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yogi Krupa Handicrafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
